Neonatology is fundamentally a team-based specialty with neonatologists, trainees such as fellows or residents, neonatal nurse practitioners, bedside nurses, respiratory therapists, dieticians, social workers, and subspecialty consultants working collaboratively to deliver care in the NICU.
Appointments may be scheduled online or with the Outpatient Services Coordinator at Vatsalya Superspeciality Children Hospital Registration counter.
The Patient is first brought to the emergency where new patient registration is done. The Patient is prima facie evaluated by an emergency Medical Officer and then referred to the Consultant Psychiatrist.
